(Sacramento) – American tattoo artist, entrepreneur and television personality Kat Von D was honored with a 2018 Latino Spirit Awards by the California Legislative Latino Caucus. Von D was recognized for her achievements in the business and entertainment industries, but her passion for animals, humanity and the environment and her Mexican heritage have inspired her activism.
