Sacramento -- The California Latino Legislative Caucus honored some of the best California has to offer with the Latino Spirit Awards, the annual celebration of individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to empowering the greater Latino community in their respective fields. Established in 2002, the Latino Spirit awards are set to concur with the State’s celebration of Cinco de Mayo.
