California Latino Legislative Caucus to Hold Media Briefing on 2017 Legislative and Policy Priorities

SACRAMENTO – On Wednesday, April 5th, 2017 at 11:00 am, California State Senator Ben Hueso (D-San Diego), Chair of the California Latino Legislative Caucus, and Vice Chair, Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher (D-San Diego), along with other members of the Latino Caucus will hold a media briefing in Room 317 of the California State Capitol.

The Latino Caucus members will discuss their 2017 legislative and policy priorities and announce the Caucus’ package of twenty (20) priority bills, focusing on education, immigration, health care, economic development, housing, energy, civic engagement, and water.

WHO:   Senator Ben Hueso and Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher, Chair and Vice Chair of the California Latino Legislative Caucus, and Caucus members.

WHAT:  Media briefing on the California Latino Legislative Caucus’ 2017 legislative and policy priorities.
