Latino Caucus to Honor Latinos Making a Difference at 13th Annual Spirit Awards

May 01, 2014

SACRAMENTO – Established in 2002, The Latino Spirit Awards take place each year at the State Capitol in Sacramento to coincide with our state’s celebration of Cinco de Mayo and to highlight positive role models in the Latino community.
