Crisis at the Border: Trump’s War on Immigrants Persists
SACRAMENTO – Senator Ben Hueso (D-San Diego), Chair of the California Latino Legislative Caucus, Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher (D-San Diego), Vice Chair, along with members of the Latino Caucus, as well as members of other Legislative Caucuses, including the API and Women’s Caucuses, will hold a press conference on Thursday, June 21st, 2018 at 10:30 am in Room 317 of the California State Capitol.
The Latino Caucus members will discuss the Administration’s repugnant immigration policies and Trump’s horrific political use of immigrant children as a bargaining tool. Despite Trump’s latest executive order, extreme concern remains due to the White House’s determination to scapegoat immigrants.
