“Today’s budget proposal demonstrates our continued commitment to funding education, restoring childcare increases and maintaining our counties In-Home Supportive Services. As Chair of the Latino Caucus, I commend the Governor for including an additional $6.5 million to support our continued fight to protect California’s constitutional rights against actions taken at the federal level.
I also look forward to working with the Governor to further support the Caucus’ priority bills which will benefit hardworking families across the state.”
