SACRAMENTO - Today, members of the California Latino Caucus, alongside family members and representatives of Foster Farms workers who’ve passed away from COVID-19, demanded accountability from the Fresno County Department Public of Health in response to reports that County public health officials tipped off the company about an impending Cal/OSHA health & safety inspection.

Latino Caucus Leadership Responds to Biden-Harris Immigration Plan

SACRAMENTO - Yesterday, on his first day in office, President Joe Biden sent a major immigration proposal to Congress to provide a pathway to citizenship for the more than 11 million undocumented immigrants living across the United States. Approximately two million Californians are undocumented immigrants.

 

The Biden administration also released their plans to protect and strengthen DACA protections, including a push to create an immediate path to citizenship for these young immigrants who've grown up in the United States.
